# 查看历史消息

查看历史消息，让我们更全面的了解客户吧～

历史消息中记录了用户与Bot对话产生的所有内容，包括文本，图片和表情。可以在“用户列表”中查看历史消息记录。

在“受众人群”的标签页中，可以看到“用户列表”的页面，所有与Bot发生对话的用户都会出现在这里。其中，可以通过“名”“姓”和“电话号码”来筛选特定的用户。

在每条用户信息的右边，可以直接查看该用户与Bot的历史消息记录。

当开启或关闭live chat时，历史消息中会有记录。如果某条消息是由人工发送的，在这条消息的下方会出现“由人工发送”的提示。<br>
